Abstract

Pediatric surgery requires a highly specialized and collaborative approach, where medical nurses and operation technicians play integral roles in ensuring optimal outcomes for young patients. This article explores their distinct and overlapping responsibilities throughout the surgical process, from preoperative preparation to intraoperative support and postoperative care. Medical nurses contribute with their expertise in patient assessment, emotional support, and comprehensive care, while operation technicians provide technical proficiency in equipment management and sterile techniques.
